Hôtel Le Royal Monceau - Raffles Paris is a 5-star luxury hotel refurbished by the world-renowned designer Philippe Starck. 500 metres from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Elysées, the hotel boasts a swimming pool, a spa and a 99-seat cinema.
