Located just 200 metres from Arone beach, Résidence de Vacances Marina d’Arone offers self-catering apartments, an outdoor swimming pool and a children’s playground. Piana village is a 20-minute drive away.
All units are a short walk from the beach and feature sea views, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and private bathroom, and some units include a private terrace and bay windows. The kitchenette is equipped with a stove, microwave and refrigerator. HIGH SPEED WIFI INTERNET access point via satellite, unlimited connection available at the LA RIVIERA Bar Pool and at reception.
The on-site restaurant La Riviera offers traditional Corsican cuisine for lunch and dinner and it boasts panoramic sea views. Cocktails are available throughout the day in the bar La Riviera and free WiFi is provided in these areas.
Boats and jet skis can be rented at the beach and boat trips to Scandola Nature Reserve. The property iswithin a 1.5 hectare Mediterranean garden and free private parking is possible on site.
The hotel day starts from hour 18:00 and ends at 10:00.
Please note that the restaurant La Riviera is open from June to September, subject to weather conditions. Free WiFi is available at the bar near the pool. The cancellation conditions depend on the selected rate and are specified during your reservation before payment.
Please note that for stays of 7 or more nights, bed linen is not included in the price. Guests can bring their own or rent it onsite for an extra charge of EUR 27 per person per week. Bed linen is included in the price for stays of 6 nights or less.
Please note that the communal washing machine is available at a supplement of EUR 8 and detergent is provided.
Please note that cheques, cash and bank transfers are accepted methods of payment. ANCV chèques vacances are also accepted up to a limit of EUR 500 per reservation.

Pets weighing more than 7 kg are not permitted on site.
The rates include furnished and equipped accommodation, utilities (water, electricity, air conditioning). The net prices granted include VAT at the legal rate in effect on the date of this contract. In case of a change in this rate, these prices will be revised according to the rate in effect on the date of your arrival.
In case of a NO SHOW, the total amount of the stay will be charged (cancellation fee for no-show).
The tourist tax is not included and must be paid on-site:by deliberation no. 2019-0034 of the SPELUNCA – LIAMONE community (More information at www.ouestcorsica.com, section tourist tax).
Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, Chèques Vacances only in paper check form up to €300 (affiliated with ANCV), cash up to €1000, and credit cards.
Bed linen is not provided (except for stays of less than 7 nights). Rental is possible upon request. Price: €28 per person per week. Complete change every week (sheets, towels, dish towels).
Please note that the shared washing machine is available for an additional fee of €8 (with detergent).
Basic end-of-stay cleaning is included. The apartment must therefore be returned in acceptable condition. In case of non-compliance, additional fees will be applied according to the cleaning option rates below. You can choose the end-of-stay cleaning option to avoid this constraint: Studio: €40, T2 ground floor and first floor: €52, T3 ground floor: €62, T3 duplex: €70.
Pets are allowed, with a maximum of 2 per apartment, at a rate of €20 per pet per week (or €10 for stays of 3 to 6 nights). Only small dogs weighing less than 7 kg are accepted. Owners must ensure that their pets respect the premises, especially by cleaning up after them in the gardens.
All our apartments are NON-SMOKING. In case of non-compliance, if the apartment is not returned in an acceptable condition, we will be obliged to charge a cleaning fee of €100.
No reservation is effective without confirmation from management (received by email).
The occupancy of the premises is strictly limited to the number of people declared at the time of booking (it is imperative to respect the maximum number of adults and children allowed). Any exceeding may be refused or subject to an additional fee of a minimum of €150 per person.
Any early departure during the stay will not entitle you to any refund.
Arrivals are generally between 18:00 and 20:00, and departures before 10:00. Other possibilities are available upon request and depending on bookings. For any arrival after 21:00, and to ensure your welcome under the best conditions, please make sure to notify us.
A deposit of €500 will be required upon arrival via credit card pre-authorization through a bank imprint. This amount will not be debited but blocked on your account and released after checking the condition of the apartment at the end of your stay.
For any complaint, after having contacted management by registered letter and in the absence of a satisfactory response within 30 days, the customer may contact the Tourism and Travel Mediator, whose contact details and procedures for referral are available on their website: www.mtv.travel.
Insurance – damage – breakage – theft: The customer must take care of their belongings and materials. In case of damage, the customer must inform the establishment of any damage for which they are responsible. They are liable fordamages caused by their actions and agree, in case of damage to the premises provided (room, common areas such as pool, garden, lounge, restrooms, etc.), to bear the costs of restoration.
